First dinner in Baku and the food and overall was great! We had a selection of dishes and the portions for the mains were generous. They come and serve the food for you and are very attentive even changing your plate multiple times. There was also live music when we went until around 11pm.
I had the pleasure of dining at LaQuzu in Old Town Baku last year few times and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The Lamb Saj dish was undoubtedly the highlight of my meal. The lamb was cooked to perfection, and the dish was bursting with flavor. It was an unforgettable culinary experience.
The outdoor seating area was also fantastic. The garden was beautiful and provided a serene ambiance that made me forget that I was in the heart of the city. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
The service was attentive and efficient. The staff made me feel welcome and were always on hand to assist with any requests I had. The only slight downside was that the restaurant was quite busy, so the service could be a bit slow at times.
Overall, I highly recommend LaQuzu to anyone looking for an excellent meal and a beautiful outdoor setting. The Lamb Saj dish alone is worth a visit, and the garden seating area is a perfect place to unwind after a long day.
We really liked Al Quzu!! We had lunch here and could only manage appetizers due to the generous portions. The staff were so helpful and service is good. We plan on going back again during our Baku trip or when we are back again to try more of the good food they serve!
If you have thinking about going somewhere that is classy, elegant and also where you can find local atmosphere this place is for you.
Prices are affordable for the place and service is nice as well.
There is terrace if you would like to sit outside. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are going to eat something because sometimes the birds (parrots) can make you feel disappointed about your choice.
All in all recommended to go.

Very nice restaurant and the food is delicious.
We have all eggplants dishes and it was all delicious. The most one I liked was crisp eggplant, it taste different with Asian kind of sauce. And the atmosphere is great. They are clean and have toilets (men/women).
